How to save texts
How to create your texts?
This feature allows you to save texts that you use on a recurring basis in your posts.
To save a text in Metricool:
Open the planner and click on 'Create new publication'.
Among the icons at the bottom, select the folder icon
Click on ➕ to create a new text.
Add a title, any tags, and a description, which will be the text that appears in the planning box.
Click Save (You also have the option to toggle on “Save for all brands”).
💡 When the option "Save for all brands" is enabled, you will see this text available for all the brands you manage. If you want other team members in this brand to see this saved text, turn this option off.
Search saved texts
The search engine allows you to find your texts by keyword and you can also filter by tags. On each label, you will see the number of saved texts.
Delete saved texts
You can edit and delete saved texts by clicking on the icons. Remember that you must be the creator, meaning that in a shared brand, you will not be able to delete texts created by other users.
Optimize the First Comment
Access your saved texts directly from the first comment option.
