Inbox Manager: How to manage messages and comments
In the Inbox menu, you can manage messages and comments from your social networks in one place.
What you can manage
Facebook: comments and private messages.
Instagram: comments and private messages (main inbox).
TikTok: comments (only available for business accounts).
X (Twitter): private messages.
LinkedIn: comments (only available for company profiles).
Google Business Profile: reviews.
YouTube: comments on long and short videos.
Considerations
The API connection does not allow replies to comments received on ads.
On Facebook, the API limits replies to comments received within the last 24 hours and private messages up to 7 days after they are sent.
How it works
In the top menu, open Inbox. Messages are grouped into three tabs:
Unresolved: messages and comments from the selected social networks that are still pending. When you mark one as resolved by clicking the check on the right, it moves to All.
Unread: messages and comments that have not been read yet. After you read a message, it disappears from this tab and appears in All.
All: all messages and comments from the selected social networks, whether or not they have been read or replied to.
To read a message, click it in the menu on the left. The conversation opens on the right. For a direct message, you can review the full conversation, reply with text and emojis, or send an image, video, or GIF. For a comment, the related post appears first so you can see where the comment was left. Images are not shown except for replies to stories.
At the moment, the platform does not send notifications for new messages or comments.
Conversation options
Direct access to the post: click the post preview to open the related post.
Preview view: the preview of a conversation item collapses at the top when it is no longer visible.
Open the user profile: click the avatar inside a conversation to open the user's profile, if the social network allows it.
- Available on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Not available on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Inbox filters
You can filter Inbox messages in three ways:
By social network: enable or disable the networks you want to manage.
By message type: filter by comment, direct message, or Google review.
By search: find a specific user.
