Canva Integration

You can connect Canva to the planner so you can use your designs directly when scheduling content.

To add content from Canva while planning, first connect your Canva account by following these steps:

1. Go to Planning in the top menu.

2. Click the media icon and select Canva.

3. Click Connect and complete the process, allowing the required permissions for the platform.

4. After connecting your account, you can access your Canva files and use the search tool.

Multi-page designs

• Export as image: select which pages to include when exporting the design as an image.

• Export as video: when exporting in MP4 or GIF, you get one video that combines all pages in sequence.

From the calendar, you have two ways to attach content from Canva:

• Media library: click the media icon, find the file, and drag it directly to the calendar. Choose the export format and quality, then click Continue.

💡 Click the info icon to see the file name and open the design in Canva.

• Create a new post: click the image icon and select Canva from the dropdown. Find the file using search or folders, select it, and click Accept. This is also available when creating a post from an autolist.

Change or disconnect the account

To change or disconnect the current account, click the three dots next to the Canva icon and select the action you want.
