FAQs
Why is another account logged in?
Browsers often save login credentials in cache. If the connected account is not the one you wanted, follow the steps here.
Can I see more than 30 days of data history?
When you connect a new social media account, data is calculated for the previous 30 days. Exceptions include follower counts for X, TikTok, and Instagram, plus YouTube subscribers and Instagram Stories, which start from the day the account is connected.
If you need data for a longer period, the team can calculate it manually. See the full details about historical data here.
Why can’t I connect my Facebook profile?
Facebook profiles, personal or professional, are not supported through Meta’s third-party API. You can only connect Pages, and you must have administrator permissions. See I can't connect Facebook for more details.
Do I need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram?
It depends on what you need. To schedule and publish on Instagram, you can connect the account directly with your credentials. To access the full feature set, you need to link it to a Facebook Page. See Connect Instagram.
Can I auto-publish to Instagram?
You can auto-publish to Instagram, except for Stories on Creator accounts. Instagram’s third-party API only allows story auto-publishing for Business accounts. You can switch your account type or publish by notification.
Can I include links in Instagram Stories?
Instagram’s third-party API does not allow links, stickers, mentions, or similar elements in Stories. In these cases, use notification publishing. When it is time to post, the app can send the video and text to your phone or email so you can complete publishing in Instagram. More information is available here.
Why can’t I connect a YouTube channel?
To connect a YouTube channel, you must have permission in the channel settings itself. Permissions in YouTube Studio are not enough. More details are available in I can't connect my YouTube channel.
Why are there differences between using social media platforms natively and through this platform?
Social networks set their own API restrictions, which can limit what third-party tools can do. Native platforms control all features directly, but they may not expose every option through the API. These limitations depend on each network. You can review the platform-specific details here.
