I can't connect Facebook
If you cannot connect your Facebook Page, review the checks below first.
To connect from the iOS mobile app, you need to accept tracking permissions. More info here.
What to check
If you are unable to connect your Facebook Page, keep these points in mind:
To add a Facebook Page, you need the administrator role on that page. Check See your Facebook Page role or access.
If you manage the page from Business Manager, you need Full Control permissions on the page. More details about validating permissions are here.
Your account may also require two-factor authentication. See Facebook Two-Factor Authentication for details.
You will not be able to add a Facebook Page if you do not grant the app all required permissions.
Facebook personal profiles, including professional or creator mode profiles, are not supported because of Facebook limitations. You can only connect Pages managed by a personal profile. You can confirm this in the public page details.
💡 To manage other Meta-linked connections, the same Facebook administrator profile must also have access to Instagram and Facebook Ads in Business Manager.
Page not appearing in the options list
If the page you want to connect does not appear in the list, try this:
Open a new browser tab.
Go to Facebook.com and log out.
Return to the platform and try the connection again. When prompted, sign in with your personal Facebook administrator profile. You should then see the list of Pages managed by that profile.
You can also repeat the process in an incognito window.
Permission renewal
If you have the required permissions, try renewing them:
If you have several Pages connected with the same admin profile, you may need to reconnect them.
Open this page. If you are already in the New Facebook Experience, switch to your personal profile in the top-right menu, then open the same link again.
Find the app in the list and remove it.
Go back to the platform and try connecting again. After you accept the permissions, all the Pages you manage should appear.
