Use demographics to see follower details such as age, gender, and geographic area for supported social networks.

Available demographic data

• Demographic data is available for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. TikTok demographics are only available for business accounts.

• To generate demographic data, you need at least 100 followers. Once that threshold is reached, the social networks begin generating the data and the platform can display it.

• This data is always the most recent snapshot. Demographic history is not available. If you need to keep a record, download a report regularly.

• The gender value Unknown means some users did not provide that information in the social network.

Facebook note

As of May 15, 2024, Facebook demographic metrics for gender and age were changing. In September 2024, Facebook deprecated those metrics and they are no longer available in the platform.
