Troubleshooting for Scheduling and Publishing

Best times to post not showing

Why aren’t the Best Times showing?

If the best times to post aren’t appearing in your planner, follow these steps to identify and fix the issue.
Best Times require specific account types and a minimum number of followers on some platforms. Check your network requirements below.

Best Times can take up to 7 days to appear after connecting a new account.

  1. Check your account requirements
Some social networks require minimum conditions for personalized Best Times to be displayed.
If your account doesn’t meet these requirements, the platform can’t generate data based on your audience for that specific network.

Instagram:

  • Connected through Facebook and at least 100 followers required

TikTok:

  • Business accounts must have at least 100 followers

X (Twitter):

  • At least 300 active followers who have posted in the last 7 days

  • Available on Advanced or Custom plans

  1. Try incognito mode
Open the platform in an incognito or private browsing window:

  • Best Times appear in incognito: The issue is related to your browser (extensions, cache, or blockers). Continue to step 3.

  • They still don’t appear: The issue is account- or data-related. Check the requirements in step 1 or continue to step 4.

  1. Disable extensions and blockers
Browser extensions, ad blockers, and antivirus software may prevent Best Times from loading. Try the following:

  • Disable browser extensions (especially privacy or ad-blocking tools)

  • Add the platform to your ad blocker’s allowlist

  • Clear browser cache and cookies

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

  • Temporarily disable antivirus software

  1. Check the native platform
Verify whether Best Time data exists in your platform’s native analytics:

Instagram:

  • Open your professional Instagram account

  • Go to Insights from your profile

  • Check the Total audience section

  • Look for data showing when your followers are most active

TikTok:

  • Go to your profile and tap the three lines (top right)

  • Select Creator tools

  • Tap Analytics

  • In the Audience section, check follower activity hours

If the data doesn’t appear in your platform’s native analytics, the platform hasn’t generated it yet (usually due to insufficient followers or a new account).

  1. Check calendar view settings
    In the planner:

  • Click the Best Times button (top right)

  • Make sure the correct social network is selected in the dropdown

  • Switch to weekly view if you’re in monthly view

  • Try enabling/disabling the percentage view
