Manage Meta Ads accounts
Connect one Meta Ads account per client to keep reporting cleaner and avoid mixing campaign data across different businesses.
Meta Ads data
When you connect a Meta Ads account, the platform imports data from the full advertising account.
If you manage several clients, Meta recommends using one Facebook Ads account per client for these reasons:
If you need to share data with a client, you cannot give access to one client without exposing the others if all campaigns live in the same account.
Facebook Ads learns from previous campaigns. If you use one account for several clients, campaign signals can overlap and affect performance.
Recommendations for managing campaigns
The main recommendation is to keep a separate advertising account for each client.
To make campaign analysis easier, add the social network name, such as Facebook or Instagram, to your naming convention. You can also download a CSV with the full campaign list.
