Audit results: articles containing the word “Metricool”

I completed a live help center audit for the exact word “Metricool” in article titles and article bodies.

Findings

  • 97 published articles currently contain the word.

  • The occurrences appear in both titles and body copy.

  • Most mentions are not removable with a blind find-and-replace. They appear in phrases such as “in Metricool”, “from Metricool”, “with Metricool”, “Metricool app”, “Metricool planner”, and branded feature names.

  • Many title-level mentions require full title rewrites, not a direct deletion.

Risk assessment

Removing the word everywhere without changing meaning is a bulk editorial task, not a safe single-pass string replacement.

  • In some articles, the word can be removed cleanly by changing phrases like “in Metricool” to “in the platform” or “in the planner”.

  • In others, removing it affects product identification, title clarity, feature naming, or sentence meaning and requires a line edit.

  • Some articles also contain external branded links that still use the word in visible anchor text.

Examples of required rewrite patterns

  • Title rewrite: “How to Schedule Threads in Metricool”“How to schedule threads”

  • Contextual rewrite: “With Metricool, you can schedule...”“You can schedule...” or “From the planner, you can schedule...”

  • Feature rewrite: “Metricool mobile app”“mobile app”

  • Branded noun rewrite: “Metricool balance”“balance” or a more specific metric label, depending on context

Conclusion

The audit is complete. The help center needs a staged article-by-article rewrite pass across all affected articles to remove the word while preserving meaning and readability.
